Chief Operating Officer

Anupam Shah joined Ampivo as Chief Operating Officer in March 2026. He has spent ten years building and operating companies across fintech, web3 and AI. He founded Truffles, a B2B payment-infrastructure company, and ran infrastructure that moved roughly $60 million in payment volume. He is an alumnus of the Outlier Ventures accelerator. He also founded Munim, which BikeWo acquired in February 2022, as reported by the Times of India.

Sainath Reddy

Chief Executive Officer

Sainath Reddy leads Ampivo Green as Chief Executive Officer. For nearly twenty years he has built the systems that make large operations run to a standard, across quality assurance, hospitality and aviation in India and the Gulf. At Ecolab, as Brand Protection Advisor and project lead, he set up and implemented operational QA processes, built data-driven strategy to lift client experience, and trained and coached field teams auditing hospitality and quick-service brands worldwide. At Deloitte, he ran virtual brand-standards audits for Marriott hotels across the globe, and he later worked in facilities management at JLL. In six years with Etihad Airways he ran business-class food and beverage service and its onboard reporting, from food analysis and health-and-safety reports to crew assessments, and was trained on the Tempus in-flight telemedicine system. Before that he was food and beverage supervisor at STAY by Yannick Alléno, One&Only The Palm, Dubai. His career began in hotel pre-openings at The Park and Radisson Blu, where he wrote operating procedures, planned manpower and outlet budgets, configured the MICROS point-of-sale and Opera property-management systems front and back end, coordinated the MICROS and Prolific installations and trained staff to run them. Carlson Rezidor certified him as a trainer. He studied hospitality management at Allahabad Agricultural Institute.
